[What's New for Book-Lovers] INSTAPUNDIT (Glenn Reynolds) book deal

INSTAPUNDIT has signed a book deal, according to Publishers Marketplace:

Glenn Reynolds’ AN ARMY OF DAVIDS: How Markets and Technology Empower Ordinary People to Beat Big Media, Big Government, and Other Goliaths, to Joel Miller at Nelson Current, by Kate Lee at ICM (world).

Due at Amazon.com in March 2006.

This will be an important title to watch for book-lovers interested in seeing whether “pure” bloggers can cross-over to the bound format. INSTAPUNDIT’s telegraphic style may require some tweaking for the print format. And none of the “crossover” bloggers like Washingtonienne and Wonkette’s Ana Marie Cox have really scored a big hit in print yet.

My money’s on Reynolds. With him, it’s not just about attitude–he has something worthwhile to say.
