…Two days until my next book manuscript is due! I can’t wait to have it in stores in February! I’ll let you know more as the time approaches.
In other news, I head to Haiti Thursday (Yes, the same day the manuscript is due!) to speak at a pastor’s conference and help out with other activities at Mountaintop Ministries (http://www.mountaintopministries-haiti.org/ -see the photo below for an idea of the area). The project is in cooperation with First Baptist Church in N. Terre Haute (www.fbcnth.org), the church from my college days, where I still keep in close contact. It should be an amazing experience, even if I’m emailing my book manuscript from the boarding area before we depart…
…Still MORE writing: Believe it or not, in addition to my current projects, I had the opportunity to squeeze in two short editing projects with Moody Publishing. These included updates on Living By the Book (revision Winter ‘07) by Howard and Bill Hendricks and the updated version of Dispensationalim by Dr. Charles Ryrie. It was a special honor to be take part on his book, as I’ve used his Ryrie Study Bible since the age of 19.
