Looks like an aircraft carrier, quacks like an aircraft carrier.

Naval veterans look forward to new ship America | Ocala.com | Star-Banner | Ocala, FL
The USS America Carrier Veterans Association convened to hear Secretary of the Navy Donald C. Winter announce the Navy’s newest large-deck amphibious assault ship would be the fourth naval ship to be named USS America. This was the result of several efforts of the group to have another naval vessel carry the name of our country.
According to Chatham, this was accepted by the members of the association reluctantly. They had hoped to have the next nuclear powered aircraft carrier, CVN78, inherit the name of their ship, which had been sunk for testing purposes by the Navy. Instead, that ship will be named the Gerald R. Ford in keeping with the current tradition of naming nuclear carriers after former presidents.
