This is really helping me as I struggle to do my kid’s financial aid forms.
Explanation (human error) and mea culpa on the Googleblog at 12:02 ET, an hour and a half after the outage.
They say outage started at 630 am PST/930 EST, or 17 minutes before I reported it here.
Not that anyone cares, but it looks like I scooped the world with this.
