Trim Sizes

Trim sizes supported by Nimble Books are 6″ x 9″, 8″ x 10″, and 8.5″ x 11″.

Yes, our printer does support a wider variety of trim sizes, but we will not even consider using other trim sizes unless there is an enormously compelling reason.   Why not? The reason is that we have page block templates already set up for the trim sizes mentioned above, and experience with how things look in those sizes. Every time you change something familiar in the publishing process, or modify a parameter of an existing book or template, you instantly introduce opportunities for costly and embarrassing errors.   KISS.

For similar reasons, once your book has already gone to print, please, please do not request a change in the trim size.
